With more than 20 years of experience in developing business strategies and the organization and process designs to support them, Lee has extensive knowledge of best practices for support organizations, including finance and HR.

As a partner at Gunn Partners, Lee led transformational change efforts in the US and Europe. Following acquisition of Gunn Partners by Exult, Inc., the leading full-scope HR outsourcing provider (and later with Exult's acquirer, Hewitt Associates), Lee was instrumental in securing several landmark, multi-year outsourcing contracts. As a result, he has deep knowledge of the factors critical to the success of large outsourcing relationships.

Prior to joining Gunn Partners, Lee was a senior associate in the Energy practice at Booz, Allen & Hamilton, specializing in strategy and organizational change for major oil companies and electric utilities.
