Having begun his career as a member of Fortune magazine's Board of Editors, Strat has spent his adult life in learning relationships with leading business thinkers, from prominent academics to such CEOs as Jack Welch, Bill Gates, Andy Grove, Larry Bossidy, and Warren Buffett. He is also a serial entrepreneur who has run two small businesses.

Strat has taught leadership and large-scale organizational change on six continents and moderated over 60 C-level business conferences.
