Alexander has been helping clients achieve transformational change for two decades by appropriately balancing expertise in business and exploration of the human dimension. He created and directed the Change Leadership practice for Gunn Partners prior to co-founding Accompli in early 2004.
Currently, Alex is guiding corporate leaders and their teams in Europe and in Asia in critical organization change initiatives - such as organization restructurings, post-merger integration, continuous improvement (Kaizen) programs, culture change and stress management. In addition, he is an Adjunct Professor on the faculty of Georgetown University's Leadership Coaching Certificate Program as well as a frequent international speaker on the subjects of change, teams, coaching and leadership. He is a member of the board of the International Coaching Federation, France, and the Association for Coaching, UK.
Alex earned a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University. A dual citizen of the U.S. and France, he is fluent in French, Spanish and English.
