Lean Advising

Because we understand how business works, Accompli offers its services to clients via a Lean Model. It has six important effects:

  • Minimizing clients' cash outlays until results are achieved
  • Focusing intentionally limited resources where their impact is greatest
  • Insisting that the ownership of change remain with the client
  • Transferring our knowledge and experience to clients to maximize their growth and hasten independence from us
  • Tightly aligning our incentives with the results our clients desire
  • Deferring our profit until results are achieved

Here's how it works:

We limit our resources, servicing clients with deeply experienced senior advisors, often working in pairs, who are lightly supported by very small teams.

Until results are achieved, we bill clients at our direct cost plus a modest percentage.

We foster learning and sustained change by supporting our clients as they do the work themselves. In close consultation with clients, we fluidly re-allocate our limited resources to where they can do the most good.

We take our profits in the form of success fees, payable at client discretion when results have been achieved.
